Project Overview
The Victoria Road Villa project presented an exciting opportunity to transform a substantial double-fronted property into a luxurious urban retreat. Our client sought to create a home that balanced grand entertaining spaces with intimate, personal areas, all while maximizing the property's prime location near Kensington Palace and Hyde Park.
Our approach involved a comprehensive redesign of the interior spaces, incorporating high-end amenities such as a bespoke bar, cinema room, and spa facilities. We also focused on enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating multiple terraces that offer views of the surrounding area and provide tranquil retreats within the bustling city.
Bespoke Bar
The custom-designed bar serves as a sophisticated entertainment space, featuring a curved design with wood and black finishes. The space includes glass display shelving for crystal glassware, chrome and leather bar stools, and a curated gallery wall of black and white photographs that adds character and depth to the room.
Indoor Pool and Spa
The indoor pool and spa area creates a luxurious retreat within the home. The space features a mosaic-tiled pool, integrated cinema screen for entertainment, and elegant details such as mirrored walls with decorative sconces and topiary plants in silver urns. The built-in seating area with black cushions provides a perfect spot for relaxation.
Gym and Wellness Area
The state-of-the-art gym and wellness area combines functionality with luxury design. Featuring mirrored columns and walls that create an sense of space, high-end exercise equipment, and a designer circular rug, the space provides a sophisticated environment for fitness and wellbeing.
